The Clubhouse is the centerpiece of the campus and is conveniently located between the Villas and the Cottages. It is a large common social area with fireplace, bar, wide screen TV and fitness center. The large dining area can be partitioned for smaller events. Directly outside the clubhouse area is a large patio ideal for events held outdoors with a beautiful view of the surrounding wooded area.

The indoor swimming pool is an ideal place for pool parties, laps, water aerobics, and just plain floating.

Neighborhood Association fees will be as follows:

$161.00 per month for all Villa units
$275.00 per month for all Cottage units
