Meet the leadership team

Developer Edwin C. Watters holds a degree in architecture from the University of Georgia. With extensive experience in landscape architecture, design and building, he established his own landscape business in 1993. Ed is active in local organizations including the Rome Jaycees, Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Rome. He is a board member of the Darlington School, Nature Conservancy Marshall Forest and Rome Floyd River Development. Ed’s vision and ability to blend natural and built environments have greatly benefited The Village at Maplewood and those who call it home.

Developer Jeff Brooks is experienced in all aspects of construction management, including project acquisition, scheduling, subcontracting, purchasing, contract administration and cost control. He holds a B.S. in Building Science and Construction from Auburn University. Jeff’s two-plus decades of experience have made him a preferred partner and consultant on diverse projects including construction of the Rome Braves Stadium. He combines big-picture skills with an impressive commitment to detail.

Property Manager Randell Greeson manages the financial and operational elements of the Association.  He also responds to the day-to-day needs of the Residents to insure they are maximizing “life in the Village.”
